TEST GROUP: 4 WEEK ONLINE-ONLY MOVEMENT & POSITIVE CHANGES SUPPORT PROGRAM
Limited to 5 Women Only as part of my personal training certification I am piloting my two MOVEMENT and WELLNESS changes concepts starting this August. This will be a 4 week supported experience ONLINE for women who cannot make it to the Knoxville Studio to attend the BWBS classes @ 7 PM on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
You MUST commit to yourself for these 4 weeks to do the 3 taped workouts (30 minutes each), 1 weekly skype coaching workout & online support. As part of the test group this entire 4 week program will be $40 total and feedback is required to make the program better.
